They all gone? Good. Most of what I'm about to say has been covered better than I ever could by people on the Critical Role subreddit - shoutout, once again, to that awesome community (thanks mods). But this is the closest thing I have to a blog, so I'm gonna say some things anyway.
It feels really wrong posting this after what went down. Like reciting a dirty limerick at a funeral. Scanlan wants to be left alone and here I am, covering his greatest hits. I wanted to let him walk off into the sunset, flicking off trees. But I like making these songs and if you're reading this, there's a decent chance you enjoy listening to them. So, for now, I'm gonna keep doing this. Sam, if you ever end up seeing this, your performance in that episode was heartbreaking and beautiful. And if you ever want me to stop doing this, I will.
